The Coldwell Banker Forehand Concierge Program takes the guesswork out of finding the best company for each of the projects on your list.

Coldwell Banker Forehand has formed alliances with an exclusive group of the region’s most reputable companies. They have all been screened to ensure that their professional qualification, responsiveness, fees, and quality of work meet our standards. These companies have all agreed to handle the needs of our customers through the Coldwell Banker Forehand Concierge Department.

Here’s how it works...

1. Whenever you need something repaired, installed, or maintained in your home call our Concierge Director, Janet Richardson at 847-0777.
    
2. The Concierge Director will call the appropriate service person in our database and arrange for a service call at your convenience.
    
3. After the service call, she will follow up with both you and the service company to ensure your satisfaction.

It’s as simple as that! All of our vendors will bill you directly for their work. There is no charge for the Concierge service; our Concierge staff helps you with no  obligation on your part.
